Ideal screw piers are installed to your structural plans. Each screw pier is installed to the designed depth and capacity, with readings logged and documented. Piers are numbered, matching your plans with achieved capacity. Our engineers review and sign off on each installation.
Certification will be required by your certifier or engineer to ensure the structural engineers’ design has been achieved. This is either issued by our in house engineers or if required, an independent engineer will provide documentation.
