AUTOMATED PRODUCTION

Ideal foundations have a fully automated manufacturing / production process for the domestic pier. The manufacturing allows us to make  lengths / shafts to hold in stock minimising our lead times to site.

Welded process of Ideal foundations higher capacity screw piers

 

HIGHER CAPACITY SCREW PIER
WELDED  PROCESS

The higher capacity piers are manufactured using a  welded process. Components are welded onto the steel shafts to form the pier. We also weld couplers for easy connection during installation.
